The Inside Sales Representative will drive revenue by closing company-generated leads, signifying their interest in going solar. Your role will be to close at least 40% of these customers. Customers will have come through a specific funnel geared toward a cash/finance, PPA, or DIY sale, and reps should be well-versed in communicating the benefits of each deal type in order to close these customers. Closers will be compensated with a base + commission structure to be discussed during the interview process. A successful candidate will have experience as a top solar salesperson and will be self-motivated to close deals and serve customers
